All You Need To Know On Storytelling Branding

These days I spend just about all my working hours thinking about ways to use authentic stories in marketing, branding, and business.

But I remember the first time someone told me that I need to tell my own story. I thought, “But, what story?” Then when they told me that I should dig into my own backstory, I thought about all that I’d been through and all the personal work that I’ve done.

And I thought, “No! I don’t want to share that on my blog.”

Well, that all happened a while ago. In the meantime, I’ve realized that there is a way that you can sift through your own backstory to identify the story vignettes that are most strongly linked to your business purpose and voice. And this is what you should leverage for your business.

But before you can get to this stage, it’s important to figure out a few things. You should now what you’re dealing with. I say this because no matter who you are, we all deal with something. Then you should figure out what do do about your problems. That’s because a plan of action is always so helpful. Its also helpful to know what examples of outcomes may look like.
