Getting Scrappy To Collect Qualified Leads

You know the days when you ache for the phone to ring for someone book one of your service offerings. But all you get is silence. This silence can make you feel defeated. Or it can lead to creative problem solving where you get scrappy and work outside of the standard marketing and sales funnels.

I’ll tell you that I’ve been here too. It’s any business owner’s biggest fear. But, I’m happy to say that when you get scrappy and break down the standard ways of operating, you’ll think of business partners who will help you get qualified leads calling. Below I describe a process that works as a way to introduce people to the beginning of your marketing and sales funnels.

Step #1: Brainstorm Kindred Spirits

In order to find the partners to help your business grow, you’ll need to first think of who has regular conversations with your own ideal clients. One of my own clients was a personal injury lawyer who had a strong background in the medical field. He regularly analyzes his clients’ medical records and make recommendations for his own practice based on what he understood. He also regularly collaborates with doctors and nurses in order to get the best results for his clients.
