As a microbusiness leader, are you frustrated with all the effort you spend with your blog? Are you also concerned with the low ROI that you get from all of your efforts writing and creating images?

I get it. I’ve been there too.

In fact, for a very long time I would get a lot of pride from one single piece of content that I would create. I’d write one excellent blog post. I even learned the value of silo posts and I created several. But I was always quietly worried that not many people would see what I did.

After a lot of failures, I’ve finally figured out how to get synergy with all of my writing. As a result, more people engage with my blog and my brand. In this blog post, I’ll tell you about the mistakes I’ve made along the way, and I’ll also tell you what works.

No Specific Purpose

When I first started learning about how to create a blog that people want to read, I saw a lot of information about having a specific purpose for one blog post and a general purpose for the entire blog. But in the past 18 months that I’ve been pivoting my efforts to find what works best for my own business. I’ve found that having a specific and fine-tuned purpose for the blog gets more people paying attention.
