So often the things that seem the easiest to do are the hardest to do well. I learned this when I first started digging into social media marketing. The content that we created and shared with my company’s Facebook group was aligned with the company message. But nothing went viral.
I knew that I needed to leverage a few different channels in my marketing strategy. So I paired the Facebook plan with email marketing. What we did here was better than what had been done in the past. But our results weren’t anything you could write a compelling case study on.
